| 2. Oktober 2005 | Auf der Rückfahrt nach Deutschland durch den Eurotunnel ergab sich die Gelegenheit für einen kurzen Besuch im Studio von Radio Caroline. Eigentlich wollte ich am Sonntagabend Mark Stafford treffen, aber an diesem Tag wurde er von Jon Robson vertreten. Seit rund einem Jahr ist Jon gelegentlich bei Radio Caroline zu hören - meistens tritt er an die Stelle von Mark wenn dieser verhindert ist. Diesem Umstand ist zu verdanken, dass ich diesen eher selten anzutreffenden DJ ablichten konnte. Mit im Studio war John Duddridge der Jon Gesellschaft leistete und ihm zur Hand ging. Außerdem traf ich noch Dave Foster der gerade seine Show beendet hatte. | On my way back to Germany using the Eurotunnel I had the opportunity to stop over for a short visit at the Maidstone Caroline studio. I had hoped to see Mark Stafford on this sunday evening but as he had other business to attend to Jon Robson was standing in for him. Jon has been working for Radio Caroline for about a year now. But he is only occasinally on air - mostly when Mark Stafford is unable to do his show himself. Thus I had the chance to take some photographs of Jon Robson who is only very rarely present at the Caroline studio. With him was John Duddridge who kept Jon company and helped out with some tasks. Dave Foster had just finished his show and was still there as well. | October 2nd 2005 |
